Our clients can order Blog Posts, Website Copy, Social Media Posts, Newsletters, Product Descriptions, White Papers, Press Releases, Review Writing, City & Local SEO Pages and Video Scripts. In addition, clients can submit jobs for content to be rewritten and are able to submit custom projects as well.
We ask that you select only 5 areas of expertise in which you have the most knowledge and interest so we can ensure clients receive high quality content they’ll love.
Open Projects are assigned by Content.Marketing to a selection of Content Creators we feel would be a good match for the project. If we have a job available to claim, you will be sent an email. You can then claim the project in your Content.Marketing account on a first-to-claim basis.
Direct Projects are assigned directly to you by a client. Unlike Open Projects, you set your own rate for Direct Projects in your profile. If a client enjoys your work, then a Direct Project is a great way for them to keep working with you!
When a client places an order, they can stipulate a Processing Time between 3 and 10 days. The time you have available to complete a project is the Processing Time available and this will begin as soon as a project is claimed.
You will have 72 hours to complete any revision requests.

In your Content.Marketing profile you can update your availability. If you update your profile to “Unavailable” you will not receive any assignments to claim from Content.Marketing.
Clients can request as many revision requests as needed. However, if we feel this is being abused and you have achieved all the project brief, the project will ultimately be marked as ‘Complete’ by our team.

Once you have claimed a project, you are able to chat with the client via the Manage Content panel accessible from the Project Management tab in your writer area of the site.
To receive payment Writers must have an international PayPal account to which payment is to be made. You will be asked to provide your PayPal email address when you apply to join Content.Marketing.
Payment for completed projects is made once a week on a Friday. The cutoff time to qualify for payment on any given Friday is midnight GMT on a Wednesday. This means if a project is completed on a Thursday, it will be the Friday of the following week when payment is made.
