Once you create a free client account on Content.Marketing, you will have access to our client area. You will then be able to place an order for different content types including Blog Posts, Website Copy, Social Media Posts and more.
You can choose our Quick Checkout option to pay for 1 order quickly and easily, or simply add multiple content orders to your cart to checkout in bulk.
The price of content depends on the quality level required (Basic, Standard, Professional or Enterprise) and the amount of content needed. You will see the content price after specifying your project details and before placing an order.
The content types we offer include Blog Posts, Website Copy, Social Media Posts, Newsletters, Product Descriptions, White Papers, Press Releases, Review Writing, City & Local SEO Pages and Video Scripts. We also rewrite content and will work with you on any custom content project you may have.
We have a team of freelance writers with varied levels of writing experience and expertise across a broad range of industries and topics. They are detail-oriented and passionate people ready to get started on your next content project.
Creating an Open Project for your order means our team of editors will review your project details and handpick the most qualified content writers available to complete your work based on the required content quality level and selected expertise. Your project will then be claimed by a matching content creator on a first-to-claim basis.
All of the writers you work with on Content.Marketing are added to your Writing Team.
After working with our freelance writers, they are added to your Content.Marketing Writing Team. You are able to quickly and easily hire available content writers on your Writing Team that you love to work with for your projects directly. Prices for content are determined by the writer.
Once your project order has been placed and assigned to a freelance writer, you are able to chat with your writer via the Content Review panel accessible from the My Projects tab in the client area of the site.
When you place a project order, you are asked to stipulate a Processing Time ranging from 3 to 10 days. The Processing Time will begin when a freelance writer claims your project and begins work. Your content should then be delivered within the Processing Time you have specified.
After your content has been delivered, you will have 72 hours to review your content and request a revision if necessary. Please be clear regarding what changes you would like the writer to make to your content. Once you have submitted your revision request, your content writer will have a further 72-hour period to make your requested changes.
You can request as many revision requests as needed. However, if we feel this is being abused and the content writer has clearly achieved all that was asked of them, the project will ultimately be marked as ‘Complete’ by our team.
When content is ready for review or a project is complete, you will be able to download your content as a Word Document or PDF in the Content Review panel for your project in the client area of the site.
If you are unhappy with your content, you will be able to reject the content after at least one revision round. All rejections will be reviewed by our expert team to determine whether the writer has met the desired quality requirements and constructed the content according to your instructions. If we approve your rejection request, you will receive a full refund for your project.
Our content writers are not allowed to plagiarize content. All content is scanned for plagiarism using Copyscape so you can be sure all content you receive is 100% unique.
You will receive full copyright when your project is successfully completed. You do not have copyright and cannot publish content until your project is marked as ‘Complete’. Publishing content before it is accepted is de factor acceptance.
If you have rejected content and received a full refund, the freelance writer will retain copyright.
